Cinnabun & Cookie – Dutch Cross Rabbits

Approx. 3 years old
Dutch Cross
Arrived 23rd September, 2019
Boarded at Rode Heath (soon to be fostered in Chapel-en-le-Frith)

This very attractive pair of girls were in a very poor state, emaciated and fur stained, nails overgrown, when they arrived along with 15 other rabbits which is now an ongoing case. A couple of rabbits had to be put to sleep. We took in six of the 17 rabbits as an emergency meaning we have gone over budget but we couldn’t turn them away.

These girls are friendly and confident which is amazing considering all they’ve known is a tiny, baron and filthy hutch. They have been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Housing requirement is a ‘minimum’ sized 6x2x2ft hutch with a minimum ‘attached’ 8 x 6ft or 10x4ft run, depending on the size of the rabbits, PLUS freedom to a secure garden/alternative area for stimulation, or a bespoken setup; exercise space and enrichment is most important!
