There are many ways you can help your local RSPCA branch, and all financial support is much appreciated. You may donate by any of the following means:
ANIMAL ANGELS – donate using Standing Order
Download an Animal Angel Form or ask us to send you one by post.
Please complete the form for the sum and frequency you wish, sign it and sent it to the Branch Treasurer at the address below who will register your kind donation and then forward the form to your bank.
REMEMBER US IN YOUR WILL
A legacy or bequest will provide crucial funds – we could not carry out our work without such generous support. Talk to your solicitor when making a Will.
Many people leave a bequest to the RSPCA nationally but you can bequeath money to your local branch. Please remember that the Macclesfield, SE Cheshire & Buxton Branch is a separately registered charity. So, if you would like the animals in your local area to benefit, we would respectfully suggest that your legacy wording reads:
“I give devise and bequeath to the RSPCA Macclesfield, SE Cheshire & Buxton Branch (registered charity number 225689) the sum of £…….or the whole (or a share) of my residuary estate for its general charitable purposes.” For more information – click here.
If you are a taxpayer, by donating a small amount each month to the branch, we will be able to maximise your gift by claiming back the tax you have already paid. Download the Gift Aid Declaration and send it to the Treasurer, address as above.

CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER
Make either payable to ‘RSPCA Macclesfield, SE Cheshire & Buxton Branch’
RSPCA Macclesfield SE Cheshire & Buxton Branch
PO Box 518
Macclesfield SK10 9DJ
Please do NOT send cash in the post.
BANK GIRO CREDIT (cash & cheques direct to our bank)
Simply complete a Bank Giro Credit Form with the details under at any High Street bank or post office accompanied by your cheque or cash donation and it will reach our bank. There is no need to contact the Treasurer:
Bank to Credit: Barclays Bank plc,
5 The Quadrant, Buxton SK17 6AW
Account name: RSPCA Macclesfield, SE Cheshire & Buxton Branch
If you are a taxpayer you can opt to pay a regular donation to the branch through the Payroll Giving scheme wherein your donation is taken directly from your pay at source and passed on to your nominated charity – in this case, RSPCA Macclesfield SE Cheshire & Buxton Branch. For more information click here.
If you opt to donate say £10 per payday, then the government adds the tax normally paid on that figure, so the actual sum deducted from your pay is actually £8.00 for a 20% taxpayer and £6.00 for a 40% taxpayer.
