Our Maggie, who is the most loveable friendliest and goofiest dog ever, came into our care via Inspectors. Her owner could not look after Maggie nor afford veterinary care what with having addiction problems. She lived in a bad environment which caused Alopecia and she was underweight. Her owner rescued Maggie from someone who kept her in a cage 24/7 so he had good intentions. She has finished her course of medicated baths and Prednidale for her left ear infection which is much better. She is on Apoquel for suspected allergies, this may just be seasonal, she has been wormed, flead, vaccinated and is due to be spayed

A few words from her foster Dad:

A lovely, happy dog loves to cuddle with you. Very affectionate and Loves people. Met a few dogs – and no issues, she is also good with cats that she has met. Does not moult, does not bark if the door goes. Likes to look at the window to watch the world go by. Sleeps anywhere, this includes your bed if you let her. Does not chew the Sofa despite what it looks like in the photo – she’s just resting her floppy chops!

Commands: sit, stay, paw, does not pull on the lead. Loves her food! She is currently fed three times a day.

Maggie needs more people in her life – a family would be perfect – children need to be in their teens – as she is a strong dog and lively dog.
