Pickle, Peanut, Pepper, Pumpkin & Peach – crossbred

  • 4 males, 1 female
  • 9 weeks old
  • Arrived 21st March. DOB 15th January, 2021
  • Boarded at Rode Heath

Just after Christmas, a lady found four rabbits in a box dumped in a field. One of our rabbit fosterers saw the post on Facebook and contacted the finder who was happy to hand the rabbits over. We reported it to the national RSPCA who followed upon a lead but it was fruitless. Our fosterer has kept three adults and the other (Holly) is in our care too. Three were female and all gave birth to kittens multiplying the numbers massively!

This litter are now in our care for rehoming after being fostered for eight weeks. They can be adopted in pairs with Peach as a single to a resident neutered male. They have been vaccinated and microchipped. We’ll provide vouchers for neutering at approx. 4-5 months of age.

They are so sociable and friendly, used to being held and stroked – their carer has done a great job!

Housing requirement is a minimum 6ft shed or 6 x 2 x 2 hutch plus minimum 60 sq. feet of floor space. If a run it has to be 3ft in height with ideally the freedom to a secure garden/alternative area for stimulation; exercise, space and enrichment is most important!
