A housing trust looks after a house that is split into bedsits with communal kitchens, for vulnerable people. One of the occupants often disappeared for days but this time he abandoned Nora in the rear yard and never came back, so the RSPCA were contacted. Pets are not even allowed at the facility.
She came in to us already microchipped, she will be neutered in due course.
