We realise not everyone is in a position to adopt a companion, so why not take a look at our
virtual adoption scheme …..
Various animals, around 15, rabbits, dogs large and small breeds, a lizard, a quail loose in kid’s bedroom. All caged, high in faeces, rubbish, filthy blankets so the animals couldn’t move. Social services removed the children as they too were living in a disgusting environment. Bruno is one of a trio of rabbits kept in one cage, unneutered, so they would fight, a really awful existence.
Bruno is a sweet, gentle and sensitive little boy. He likes to flop and has started to enjoy some strokes and cheek tickles. He is looking for a slightly more confident female to bring him out of his shell. Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
Indoor housing requirement is a minimum of 60 square feet of floor space 24/7.
Outdoor housing requirement is a minimum 6ft shed/house or 6 x 2 x 2 hutch with a minimum of 60 sq. feet of secure covered floor space, normally a run and it has to be 3ft in height attached securely to the rabbit house, with ideally but not mandatory, the freedom to a secure garden/alternative area for stimulation; exercise, space and enrichment are most important!
