Cat Fosterer Volunteers

Could you open your heart and home to a cat in need?

We’re seeking compassionate individuals to provide temporary foster care for cats and kittens of all backgrounds. Many of the cats in our care thrive in a home environment, especially those with medical needs, shy temperaments, or young kittens. Fostering also helps cats involved in RSPCA investigations, offering them comfort and stability during a potentially lengthy process.

Fostering is a flexible and incredibly rewarding way to help. You’ll receive comprehensive support from our volunteer team, including all necessary supplies, equipment and vet treatment. You’ll be part of a wider RSPCA team, working alongside experts to rehabilitate animals in need.

We ask that our cat fosterers are 18 or over, have a a pet free home, have a quiet space or room for settling in, an ability to get to and from our vets and live within our Branch’s area.

By fostering, you could make a real difference by allowing us to help even more more animals in need.
