Legacies Fundraising Coordinator

Help Us Secure the Future for Local Animals

Gifts in wills are vital to keeping our branch running and ensuring we can continue caring for animals across our region. We are looking for motivated volunteer with relevant skills to establish and lead our local legacy fundraising activities.

✅ What you will do:

  • Build and maintain a database of solicitors across the local branch area
  • Approach local legal firms to build ongoing partnerships so they can introduce our branch to clients writing wills
  • Set up and manage our presence on the National Free Wills Network platform
  • Act as the main point of contact for legacy fundraising initiatives

✅ What you will need:

  • Prior experience in fundraising, partnership management, legal services, or corporate outreach, as this role runs independently
  • Strong self-drive and the ability to work without day-to-day oversight
  • A commitment to steady, long-term support rather than fixed weekly hours
  • Living within our branch area (see map)

✅ What’s in it for you:

  • Play a high-impact role in securing long-term funding for local animal welfare
  • Complete flexibility to manage your tasks around your own schedule
  • Use your professional skills to create lasting, real-world change

If you have the experience and drive to lead this initiative, please send a brief
note about your background to volunteer@rspca-macclesfield.org.uk

Together, let’s do something amazing!
